Baked Spaghetti Cups Recipe
Introduction
Baked Spaghetti Cups are a fun and delicious twist on classic spaghetti, perfect for parties or family dinners. These individual servings combine cheesy, saucy goodness with a crispy baked texture that everyone will love.

Ingredients
- 1 16oz box Barilla spaghetti
- 1 20oz jar Vero Gusto by Barilla Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 ½ cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup whipped cream cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease two muffin tins with cooking spray and set aside.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and whipped cream cheese until very well combined. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and use tongs to mix with the egg mixture. Stir in chopped spinach, 1 cup of the parmesan, and all of the mozzarella cheese.
- Step 4: Divide the pasta mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, twirling small clumps to form nests that fit well. Top each cup with about 2 tablespoons of pasta sauce and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Step 5: Remove the baked cups from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before gently removing from the tins. Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
Tips & Variations
- Swap spinach for kale or add cooked sausage or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.
- For a crispier top, sprinkle a little extra mozzarella cheese before baking.
- If you don’t have whipped cream cheese, regular cream cheese softened to room temperature works well.
